We're on the lookout for an experienced transport consultant or junior transport consultant to join our team and develop our driving business. Work place it's going to be based between Coventry and in Leicester 3 however we have a branches in Leicester, Coventry, Northampton and with plans to open more branches in the Midlands and across the UK this year and next, we can offer you career progression unlike any other agency. Key Duties:

• Account management
• Building relationships
• Providing clients and candidates with an excellent support service
• Out of hours on call as required on a shared rota
• Candidate management. Source, screen, interview and evaluate
• Payroll (training will be provided)

Person Specification:

• A proven track record in Recruitment
• Knowledge of LGV driving, rules and regulations
• Target driven
• Articulate and enthusiastic
• Excellent communication skills
• Happy to work a Friday-Tuesday Rota (first few weeks Monday to Friday)
