Gi Group Scarborough are recruiting for an experienced NPD Technologist with a real passion for food to join a well-established food manufacturing company based on the outskirts of Scarborough. We are looking for someone who has experienced with a strong track record of working in a fast paced manufacturing environment.

The role
Reporting directly to the Head of Innovation you will be developing innovative, market leading products and recipes plus brainstorming new product ideas. You will be working on all aspects of concept to launch for all new products and also contributing towards the improvements of existing products and processes. The role involves liaising with all Departments within the business as well as communicating with suppliers and attending customer visits and presentations.
An innovative individual with proven NPD experience gained within a chilled food environment you will be highly organised and customer focussed with a true excitement for food and product development. It is essential you are able to work at pace ensuring the business meets all of its creative goals and objectives.
