Staffing Match are proud to be working in partnership with one of the UK's leading logistics and distribution companies based in Daventry, NN6, who are looking for Warehouse Operatives to join their team and support NHS
Own transport is essential due to the location of the warehouse.
Heavy lifting involved
About the role as a Warehouse Operative:
- £9 PER HOUR DAYS (OVERTIME £11.14 PER HOUR)
- £10.07 PER HOUR NIGHTS (OVERTIME £12.21 PER HOUR)
- INCREASE IN HOURLY PAY AFTER 12 WEEKS SERVICE!
- FULL TRAINING PROVIDED- NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY
- SECURE ONGOING POSITIONS
Available shifts as a Warehouse Operative:
- 4 on 4 off shifts
- 07:00 - 19:00
- 19:00 - 07:00
Your responsibilities as a Warehouse Operative:
- Loading/ Unloading MEDICAL EQUIPMENT DURING THE PANDEMIC
- Working in an extremely busy and fast paced environment
- Store received goods in the appropriate locations within the warehouse
- Reading labels and ensuring stock is distributed to the correct areas
- Stock Checking and rotating
- Working towards set daily productivity targets
- General warehouse duties
The ideal Warehouse Operative:
- Ideally you will have warehouse experience- however this is not essential
- Great attention to detail
- Reliable with a desire to succeed
- Target driven / motivated
- Good English communication
- Initiative and the ability to solve problems
